Vincent gained part of his experience while working with Hewitt Associates in Asia from 1995 to 2007, where he helped multinational companies with their human resource consulting needs in China. He has worked on the development of human resource strategies and processes, large change management initiatives, restructurings, compensation, employee retention in hyper growth environment, in addition to developing and delivering training solutions ranging from effective negotiations techniques to senior leadership development.
Vincent has written extensively on HR issues and has been published in journals and newspapers such as the China Staff, the China Economic Quarterly, and The South China Morning Post.
In 2004, Vincent founded I-Scream Ltd, a fully integrated manufacturer, wholesaler, and retailer of fine Italian gelato in Hong Kong. For I-Scream, Vincent worked part-time on financing, all aspects of marketing, retail development, and the management of the company’s employees.
In 2007 Vincent founded Insight Leadership, a specialty firm, providing leadership development and executive coaching. At “Insight”, he developed, in partnership with Mr. Dominic Brittain, the Executive Command senior leadership training program; an intense nine day leadership development program based on Mr. Brittain’s 30 years of experience leading elite bomb disposal units and Vincent’s extensive experience in the corporate world. The “Executive Command” workshops have been delivered in Asia, Australia, Europe and the US to great acclaim.
In addition to the Executive Command program, Vincent frequently facilitates senior leadership teambuilding sessions designed to build higher team cohesion and improve overall company performance.
Vincent is also very involved in executive coaching where he works with senior leaders to improve performance, successfully transition into new roles, and develop high performance teams. He currently coaches executives based in Asia, Europe and North America.
Vincent is certified in the Facet5 personality assessment, Hogan systems and Human Synergistics suite of leadership development tools.
Vincent has an MA in International Affairs from The George Washington University in Washington DC and a BA in Chinese Studies from the University of California, San Diego. Vincent is fluent in English, Mandarin, French and Italian. He now lives with his wife, two children and a dog in Montreal, Canada, where he is from.
